Our Services

We are a full-service antiquarian bookstore. You can come by the store, or search our inventory online. We work closely with individuals and institutions to develop collections. We regularly buy books, and we also offer appraisal services.

Purchasing

We are actively purchasing materials in a wide variety of fields, and we are always interested in buying rare books, manuscripts, and related materials, and we are happy to hear from anyone offering such items to us. If you'd like to bring in books to sell, we recommend calling (801) 521-3819 beforehand to make sure that one of our buyers will be in. Appraisals

Ken Sanders Rare Books offers appraisal services, from informal valuations on single items to formal appraisals of entire collections. Ken Sanders has years of experience, and is qualified to appraise material in many fields. You can see him in action as an appraiser on the Salt Lake City, Spokane, San Antonio, Hartford, and Dallas editions of The Antiques Roadshow.
